We used Pamela to help us buy our home back in June of 2014. I chose to work with Pamela because of her extensive knowledge of the Scottsdale area and her very humble approach to the real estate market. In addition, she thought of everything when we came down to the contract. Pamela asked for things from the seller that I would never have thought of – important things like home warranties, fire inspections, pool inspections and all of the little things that we did not think of. Once the contract process was complete, she was also an amazing resource for a mortgage broker, inspectors, handy work, painters and anything else we needed to get done in the house. I would definitely use Pamela again in selling and buying a new home and I often recommend her to my friends and colleagues. She is a highly networked realtor who I still call for recommendations today!
